Some insurances (including PIP, Worker's Comp) are accepted for acupuncture services.  If you would like us to verify your insurance coverage for acupuncture*, please call us at 813-774-4392 or email us at bvclinic@yahoo.com with the following information:

We will notify you either by phone or email (please let us know the method you prefer) as soon as we receive the information from your insurance company.  Please note that all the information you provide to us is kept confidential.

For Natural Medicine
Insurance do not cover natural medicine in the state of Florida.  Upon request, Dr. Nguyen will provide an itemized statement to the patient for her services.  Some of Dr. Nguyen's patients has been reimbursed for some of her services; however, it is the patient’s responsibility to submit paperwork to their insurance provider.  BellaVive Natural Health Clinic does not make any guarantees that you would be reimbursed by your insurance company.

*Acupuncture is a wonderful treatment therapy for pain (low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck pain, osteoarthritis, headaches--acute and chronic, abdominal pain, etc.).  It is also an excellent therapy to help with nausea due to morning sickness and for patients undergoing chemotherapy/radiation.  Studies have shown acupuncture greatly helps relieve these health issues and may increase recovery time for patients.
